Episode 59
Kyle
“Kyle, I never raised you this way; your father and I trained you to be hardworking mostly when it comes to your job; how can you leave an important meeting that could have to fetch you billions in days to meet up with a bitch? you will never marry.” Mom said, unknown to her; she just crossed the line.
“Enough, mother,” I shouted at her.
“The bitch you are referring to has a name, her name is Bella, and I will no longer tolerate such from you mother; what is your problem, mom? Tell me, and I will fix it.” I growled.
“Kyle, how dare you to raise your voice at your mother, I carried you in my womb for nine months, and you stand up for a stranger than your family?” I saw tears gathered in her eyes, but the truth is told; I don’t care; she might be faking it as usual to get me, but trust me, I am done; I am no longer falling for her trap and be her errand puppy that listens to anything she wants to be happy.
“Mother, you caused it, yes I love you, mother, and I so much appreciate you for all you have been doing for me, but know this mother, I am no more the kid you trained; stop looking at me like a four-year-old kid you can toss about, for God sake mother, I am climbing to my thirties meaning I am a man now, I can make decisions for my self, even if it’s right or wrong, I will heal.” I couldn’t control myself anymore.
I would thank Theo for been a mentor to me, I finally realised love always wins, and I have every right to be happy.
“Mother, for once, let me choose my partner I will live with for the rest of my life. Please, think about my happiness, mom; I deserve to be happy and don’t take this the wrong way; I am not disrespecting you, mother, I so much respect you, mom, and I will be glad you do the same if you love me, let me marry someone I will be happy with all my life.”
Mom didn’t reply to me; she just kept mute and started crying out; I think I should leave her alone.
I walked out of her room, I finally let it out, and I feel so happy; I am no more the parent’s boy; I am Kyle, old enough to make decisions for myself.Property © NôvelDrama.Org.
I received a call from an agent that the simple house I paid for is ready, and I can move in; I don’t really like simple things, but Bella does.
The following person I need to talk sense into is Clara.
I entered my favourite car and zoomed off to her place.

“Kyle, I love you. Please understand that.” Clara said, trying to hold me.
“Clara stop this madness and foolishness; you and I know I never felt a thing for you; even in school days, you have been forcing yourself into my life and using my mother, who is properly regretting,” I yelled at her taking off her hands.
“Why her? I don’t deserve such treatment from you; you should only love me; she is a cheat.” She tried to make a stand with me.
“Oh, that reminds me, Clara, the reason I came here is not to argue with you but to give the last warning while you still my friend before I change your name on my list to my enemy.”
“I don’t understand.” She started acting innocent towards me.
“I know all your evil plans, and I don’t forgive easily, but since I took a new turn in life, I would say I have forgiven you but leave Bella alone, focus on your life and stop ruining others future; how would you feel if the same thing happened to you hum?”
“Kyle love me; it’s simple as that.” She acted deaf.
I pointed my fingers at her and said, “If anything should happen to Bella and I found out it’s you; I will use all my influence to lock you up in jail for assault; I hope you get that; goodbye, Clara.”
She widened her eyes in shock at what I said; she tried touching me, I pushed her without turning back.
Bella
I turned around, looking at the Wilson home, and said to myself,”Wow, Finally, I took a bold step by quitting the maid Job and focusing at the Walcott beauty home, hopefully, to get a job there after my training.
Bella, you are so good to go.
I took a stroll and sat at a park when I suddenly started thinking of Kyle, my everything.
I never believed I would get lucky with love, I only thought true love could only be found in movies, cartoons and stories, but I never knew it could be a reality when you let your heart decide.
I think it’s time I finally let it out to Kyle; Lisa is correct in a way; tell Kyle everything my parents has been doing to me, and he will surely help me out.
I hope they catch the killer behind Lisa grandma death, soon her grandmom funeral will be held, she will get over this hurt with time.
Back to Kyle, I should tell him everything tonight at dinner; even if my parents find out I quit the job, I will be courageous to face them when I have Kyle to defend me.
I brought out my phone and called Kyle, “Hi, love; I have something important to tell you tonight at dinner.” I said over the phone.
“I hope it’s for good, and you are not planning to break up with me?” He asked.
I laughed over it and said, “Tonight, love and don’t overstress your thinking.” I ended the call, still laughing.
I spend some time at the Park before finally decided to go home.
While still walking, I heard Brenda voice screaming my name; I turned to my left, but she ended up pushing me in full force, and I landed on the ground with minor pain.
I could hear the sounds of shattered eggs; it took me sounds to regain myself, then I saw a black Venza zoomed off at an incredible speed.
“Oh, Brenda, I don’t like this kind of play at all; why did you push me that way? What if I fell in the wrong place.”
I didn’t get a reply that was when I saw her on the floor lifeless; I rushed to her only to see acid was used on her face, it didn’t affect all part but her right side of the face, she was barely looking as Brenda.
Oh no, she took my fall. That’s why she pushed me, “Brenda! Brenda! Say something; I will get you to the hospital; someone helps me, please, help, please.”
I cried, calling out for help.
To be continued.
A narrow escape for Bella, Brenda is genuinely a good friend.
