Bully
Chapter 15 Bully
Willow, the Stray Dog, stared at Raven with confusion and disbelief. “R-Raven? Is that really you?” she stammered. “I-I thought you something had happened to you!”
“I… I thought the same of you,” Raven replied, her voice trembling. “What are you doing here, and why are you attacking Margarita?”
“Well for fun I suppose.” She said.
“I heard that you almost married Ramos Escabor today. So I came to tease you a little.” she said.
“You’re one lucky bitch!” Willow said.
“Why don’t you let Margarita go?”
“Well.. I’m just teaching her not to talk to guest and to stick to her role here.”
“You see, I’m a bit of a prankster,” Willow said, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
“I just love to tease people and make them squirm. And you, Raven, are the perfect target. After all, you’re so uptight and righteous. It’s just too easy to mess with you.”
She turned her gaze to Margarita, who was still cowering on the floor.
“As for Margarita here, well, she needs to be taught a lesson about sticking to her role. She shouldn’t be getting so cozy with the guests. She should know her place.”
Raven clenched her fists, seething with anger. How could Willow be so cruel? Margarita was just trying to be friendly, and now she was being punished for it. It was so unfair.
“Margarita is a human being,” she said, her voice shaking with emotion. “She has feelings and she deserves to be treated with respect. So let her go you bitch!”
“Boom!”
Willow rolled her eyes, clearly unimpressed by Raven’s impassioned speech. “You’re wasting your breath,” she said. “I don’t care about your bleeding heart.
“Just let her go.” Raven ordered.
“Why should I?” Willow retorted, a sly smile playing on her lips. “She’s my prisoner, and I can do what I want with her. If I want to keep her locked up, I will. And there’s nothing you can do to stop me.”
“Well she was assigned to help me in my room, so I would appreciate it if you get your flity hands off her Willow.” She ordered Willow.
“You have no power here Raven.” Willow said.
Raven felt her heart sink. She knew Willow was right. She had no power here. But she had to try to do something, anything, to help Margarita. “Please,” she begged. “Just let her go. She hasn’t done anything wrong.”This is the property of Nô-velDrama.Org.
“So you didn’t answer me when I said you almost got married to that scumbag named Ramos Escabor and were ready to become his third bitch.” Willow said.
“You’re making assumptions,” Raven said, her voice shaking with indignation. “I never said I was going to marry Ramos. And I certainly would never allow myself to be disrespected by calling myself his ‘bitch’.” She spat the word out like it was poison.
“I deserve to be treated with respect, as does everyone else.”
“Oh, please,” Willow scoffed. “You and I both know that’s not how it works. In this world, people are either on top or they’re at the bottom. And you, my dear, are at the bottom.”
Raven felt a rush of anger and shame, Willow’s words hitting her like a slap in the face. She was right – Raven was on the bottom rung of the ladder, powerless to do anything about her situation.
But she wasn’t going to let that stop her from trying to help Margarita. “You may think that I’m powerless,” she said, her voice trembling with emotion.
“But I will never stop fighting for what is right. Even if it means I have to take on the whole world.”
“Oh please… save that for someone who cares.” Willow said rolling her eyes.
“You got kidnapped at your own wedding with Ramos means you agreed to be his bitch over wealth right.” Willow said.
“I had no choice, it was either I accept or my father would get eaten alive by sharks and I couldn’t take that chance.” She said.
“So you decided to become Ramos third bitch to protect your father? How noble of you. What makes you think that Ramos won’t eventually kill your father after you had married him.”
“You are one naive piece of shit Raven.” Willow said.
Raven’s cheeks burned with shame as Willow’s words hit her like a blow. She was right – Raven had made a terrible mistake, thinking that she could use marriage to save her father’s life. In reality, all she had done was put him in even more danger.
She would have been trapped in a loveless marriage to a man she didn’t even like, let alone love. She would have felt like such a fool.
“Well thanks to Alfredo and his brother for saving my life but I don’t know why they are keeping me here.” she said.
“Well… you think Ramos would let you go after he finds you? He would do anything to get you back that even to start a fight with stray dogs.” Willow explained.
